About the only Ayruvedic remedy that I've tried that was helpful was
Amrit Ambrosia tablets:

For me, this does help reduce the symptoms of "over-toxicity" and also ES.

I think the primary ingredient in this is Ashwaganda, so hopefully it
is not simply an overpriced Ashwaganda supplement (if so, I've wasted
a fair amount of money over the years)
