I forgot to add that I am consulting with a Ayurvedic Practitioner. She prescribed Triphala, which I have been taking for a month.

I found out it contains very high content of Vit C from a fruit growing in Asia. This fruit contains the highest content of Vit C than any other fruit, as well as other alkaloids, tannins etc...

It is a powder used to detox, purify, blood, organs, lympathic system etc... She has her own pharmacy and prepares the formula. I am not buying thison line, because the formula is not as effective.

Marc, I see that you also tried an Ayurvedic formula, did it help you?

Since taking this, I am not interested in taking Vit C in synthetic form atall, having read up on it.

Has anyone tried Bentonite Calcium Clay?

It contains negative ions which are very effective at binding with postive ions from metals, radiation (this was given to Chernobyl survivors), and other toxins.

They Ayu doc would rather I continue with her protocol, which I will for the next six months at least.

I am also taking other Ayu meds tailored for the individual.

I am also increasing my EPA/DHA but not from fish oil because of allergies.Instead, I am ordering from the only company in the world \that extracts this from sea algaes farm organically in France and Switzerland. The ratioof DHA to EPA is not optimal, and this means, I have to take at least six caps a day to obtain sufficient EPA as I am very low in this.

I am hoping the EMF/ES will eventually subside.
