yes it does seem like a never ending job - they keep inventing new ways
to infiltrate every living bit of space!
I wonder if wireless signals are considered an intrusion into ones
personal space if coming from a neighbour? - Does anyone know if the
legal system has caught up with this yet?

It could take a lot of shielding but you would want to shield one side of the house that faces the neighbors house. I'm not sure if I'd want to use aluminum though cause then you'll be bouncing stuff back at you that is coming from the other direction.
