Oh, yes -- replace dimmer switches with regular switches,
and if you want less light, use fewer bulbs or a bulb
with less wattage.

Also, reduce your exposure to all things unhealthy --
like chemical-laden cleaning products, personal
products (soap, shampoo, etc.), unhealthy food, etc.
If you live anywhere near a health food store,
you can buy healthier foods, soaps, cleaners, etc.
which may make things better (as your liver will
have fewer toxins to process on a daily basis)
