I can relate Josie, so sorry. When you mention you feel your nervous system is shorting out, the best way I can describe that is I feel like I'm literally melting inside. I feel "hollow".? Can you relate?

I went to the doc's office.? (I am housebound with MCS, Lyme Disease and who knows what else)? I was shut in a small mud-brown examining room with a ceiling covered with fluorescent lights for 45 mins.? I thought I was going to die.? My bp was 212/120, and I felt as if my nervous system was shorting out.?It was my first visit, and I did not want to
