Hi again, Kooky,
I forgot to remind you of this--you always need to keep refiguring your supplements. You started out with deficiency states, more than likely. Overtime, you bring these into balance if you are taking the correct things in the right amounts. So, then you have to tweak your supplementation tostay in the correct balance. This is not an easy thing to do--sometimeswe have ongoing problems which tie up particular nutrients, while other supplements find themselves getting into excess. Remember that often nutrients show the same or similar symptoms when being over supplemented as when in deficiency. So supplementation cannot be a static thing.

Hi Marc:
I forgot to ask, did you continue with raising your glut? or with vits and supps?
Could it worsen these symptoms permanently?
Surely, there must be a way of dealing with this?
It is such a difficult decision as if to continue with vits and supps, and herbal remedy I am taking, because, I have noticed remarkable improvement. Unless of course, I am going through a good cycle...
Thanks,
Kooky
PS. I was reading about calcium channels, action potential and various neuronal dysfunction. Any thoughts on this.
