Hi, Marc,

This is what I intend to do--treat myself for free.  The book I have has an accompanying DVD of exercise instructions which you can buy.  I may atsome point buy it; but so far, I have been happy with the exercise instructions in the book.  And you are right, the effects wear off.  That iswhat you are treating when you do the exercises--the effects modern life has on your energy systems!

I am probably going to end up doing both--buying the polarizer (and Quantum Companion) and doing the exercises.  I have not bought those yet, however, because I am still working on seeing how much affect the exerciseshave.  (I also intend to try a couple stones and crystals eventually.)

My thoughts on healing with "energy" medicine... for
what it's worth...

I've been dealing with my ES for many years. In that time, I've
easily spent more than a thousand dollars on "energy work",
be it Reiki, Reconnective Healing, people trained in Barbara
Brennan energy work, etc. Certainly I felt something during
some of these sessions. Certainly I felt a bit better after some
of these sessions. But none of these benefits lasted for
very long. And given the cost of continuing to have this
work done, it didn't seem like it was worth the continuing
expense.

Of course, if you can find something cheap, or free, then
it certainly may be worth it. And with some of these things,
you can learn them yourself and then "treat" yourself for
free.

I've pretty much opted for the "EMF protection device"
method of receiving "energy work". The energy that
some of these devices emit have similar benefits to
energy work, except that you can use them on your
schedule, for as long (or short) as you like, and
while living your life at the same time. And while
the upfront cost can be higher, the recurring cost
is low... just buying new devices when the old
ones are lost, stolen, wear out, etc.
