She means that the reading on the stetzerizer meter has been lowered
to 30.

I find that in my own house, the readings on the stetzerizer meter
change dramatically during the day. Sometimes the readings are
quite low (~40), while other times they are pretty high (~1000).
I don't use stetzer filters, because for me they make things
worse.
