I don't know what they are Marc, but would you believe I got the chance to try this out tonight? I took my son out to eat and at the restaurant I got extremely dizzy, a headache and panic attacks came on. I haven't had those in a few months! I felt absoutely horrible. Only I don't know which one bothers me because when I looked up there was a small one and a large one-both over our booth. I will really have to notice when I got to church which one it is. I'm guessing it was the small one though, since you explained it.

Are they the large (incandescent) halogens, or the smaller 12 volt halogens?
I don't think there is any problem with incandescent halogens, but
the smaller ones can cause problems because they use transformers to
convert 120 volts down to 12 volts.

Of course, the only way to know if you'll react strongly is to try it
and see!
