I think the power supply and the fans and disc all matter, and the EMFs
they make tend to contaminate the keyboard too. As far as the computer
itself, a small metal box should be a plus, but then it's the cables
(which may or may not be shielded and have ferrites). If all that is good,
then it's the display and the chips in the mouse and keyboard. If it's
all grounded to a clean ground. Battery power is a big plus (as long as
it doesn't have a switching voltage converter), but there are still all the
other issues..
