Hi, Loni,

Sorry, I had to resubmit this post--the beginning is the same, it was just cut off.
Yes, I have REDUCTION of skin burning--when I take the B12 at night, sublingually in the form of methylcobalamin.  I have reduction the next day andI have total stop of spinal vibration, the same night I take it, except for when a train comes by.  Then the vibration returns for awhile, but then subsides after a few minutes (about 10mins after the train haspassed).  Calcium AEP and pantethine also help other autonomic symptoms for me substantially, but temporarily (but I know you can't take that).  They would help long term if I didn't have to be immersed again in emfs, however, that is not possible.  (In other words--these will bringmy bp back up, stop palps, help with temperature swings, shortness of breath, etc, but only till I am taxed again by high emfs +/or exertional stress.  Nothing helps me 100% in all situations, however--so what I am saying here is I also DO have to limit exposure.  So far, the supplements provide
only temporary relief.  I know for me personally, tho, nutritional deficiency IS a problem I have to watch for.  I don't know how nutrition plays into the ES for everyone else.  There are particular nutrients I will have to monitor the rest of my life due to past celiac gut damage--all ofthese do seem to affect my symptoms for ES for the better, at least a bit.  (molybdenum, Vit D, fatty acids, carnitine are some of the others I have not mentioned.)  I do suspect calcium metabolism is more key than the others, tho--and I suspect that tj permeability is probably the way in whichcalcium malfunctions for us as a group.  That said, it isn't just a matter of taking more calcium usually.  And some like you report not being able to take calcium at all.  In the meantime, tho, B12 might help you, too, Loni; but I cannot guarantee that it will.  (And I suspect you may haveto take it for quite awhile before you notice--I have taken B12 in the daytime
for over a year!)  The reason it is working at night is, nerve regeneration is accomplished at night primarily.  So apparently, my body was usingit mainly in some other capacity till I started taking it at night.  Theskin burning and vibration are both nerve related.

Hope this helps you, dear,
Diane

Also, methyl-cobalamin (a specific type of B12) regenerates nerve fibers.  Which can make burning/other nerve damage either better or worse, depending on where you are in the healing process.  But better to regenerate, causing pain, than continue to fry them and have no pain.  ;)

Anti-depressants, if they are pharmaceuticals will deaden your nerves
and system with Fluoride and other toxic agents.
There are many other ways to address your emotions than to fry a part
of yourself.
"Vervain" helps with calming the anger of Lyme Rage.
"Attend" is a supplement you can get at the health food store that has
many homeopathic remedies and natural brain/nerve food that is designed
for ADD children. I take it and it helps smooth out the rough spots.
There are so many more herbs and supplements that can help depending on
what you are trying to do.
TRUEHOPE

has people you can actually talk to in finding a good supplement
addressing bipolar affective disorder, depression, schizophrenia,
attention deficit disorder and other central nervous system disorders.

They can help you with a program to get off your drugs too.
