Hi, Loni,

As I mentioned in my last email, tho, a bad reaction is not necessarily a sign a supplement is a bad idea or not needed.  Better to regard your overall health a month or 2 out.  If a supplement is helping you, you will see subtle changes for the good.  If they are not helping you, you will seeadverse or no changes.  Even then it doesn't necessarily mean you don't need that supplementation.  It may just mean you haven't found the correct dose or other supplements are needed to go with it.

My 2 cents,
Diane

Certainly a change in supplementation can change your ES symptoms.
I don't know anything about anti-depressants, but I have noticed
several supplements that reduce my symptoms (antioxidants, essential
fatty acids), while there are other supplements that make my
symptoms worse (glutathione, Vitamin D)
