We are planning an airplane trip in April.  The trip will be 3 hours.  Does anyone have any suggestions, especially where is it better to sit, first class, mid-plane, or rear?  Our dividend miles make the trip the same price whether it"s first class or coach.  My wife suffers more from es than cs, although the symptoms seem to alternate.
