Hi Loni
I'm also taking D3 and I think that if you diet isn't rich enough in calcium you would need to be taking a calcium and magnesium supplement with it because these 2 mineral work with each other - I added in a calcium and magnesium supplement about 5 ydays ago - probably not the best quality one I could be using but it was all I had to hand and I have noticed a marked improvement. A UK Doctor Andrew Goldsworthy has written on electrosensitivity andif you google his name and EMF you will come across his paper where he talks about ES mimicing a condition called hypercalcaemia, and that treatment with calcium could help with ES - it's a good read and worth a look.
Hope you are doing ok
Best wishes
Steph

I have burning skin daily also Marc. I was informed on another group that green clay is really good for detoxing electrical radiation.
I am also low in vit D but have been taking for some time. I don't think weare capable of converting the D to D3 in our livers so taking D3 is best. Having osteoporosis this is important. Loni

Hi all,
I went back to my doctor to complain about the burning
face and worsened electrical sensitivity symptoms I
was getting from increasing my intake of Vitamin D,
and after some muscle testing, she thought that the
Vitamin D was stressing my urinary tract system,
and perhaps the excess of toxins were trying to
exit via my skin. So she's changing brands of
Vitamin D to a "whole food" D3 (plus lowering
the dosage), and also added a urinary drainage
formula.
Plus, I'm gonna take a look at what else I
can do for kidney/urinary tract support.
If my burning face symptom is the result of urinary/kidney
stress, then that is definitely useful information!
Marc
