I did not have my paperwork with me re the Memon products, but I went to find it when I read your price for the bio-pro chip.  The "phone transformer" is $98.00 from Memon.  Also, the combined cost is $3700, not near $5000 as I thought--but still more than I am comfortable about spending without a guarantee!  The house "transformer" is $1938 up to 1350 sq feet; thewater "transformer" is $1028 up to 700 sq feet (recommended one by doctor) or $1578 up to 1350sq feet; and the car "transformer" $578.

Oh, and as for the Memon products, I have on experience
with these (how unusual!), but the description of these
sounds about the same as the BioPro chips. Also, I see
that you can by a cellphone chip for about $150, which
is far less than $5000, and would probably tell you
whether or not they are beneficial for you:
