from EMIL `S recent post - Also just google the LED WIFI ALTERNATIVE on
Scientific American, new Scientist or similar, bassically they can modulate the
LEDS to flicker on and off so fast that the human eye/brain will not notice
(there is always an exception as we know) so they can generate binary signals
0s&1s thingy, so wherever you are under the lights you will be able to hook up
to the net and similar.
