Probably at the house, on the same outlet you are using to feed
electricity to the RV.

Or even better, use a filtering power strip at the house, and
plug your cord into that. I use Furman linear filtering
power strips... unfortunately, these are much more expensive
than a Stetzterizer filter (but at least I don't react badly
to them, like I do with the Stetzerizer filters)
