I hope this doesn't hijack the thread, but it reminded me to tell you
that I tried Modifilan (brown seaweed extract) - you had said that it
made you feel agitated, I believe.  

Anyway, I went through one bottle, working my way up to the maximum
dosage. It may have helped a bit, but it was difficult to say. I
can't say I felt any more agitated by it than without. I think it's
something that should be tried (excepting situations in which it gives
acute irritation) for more than, say, a month at a time. I might give
it another go sometime in the future.

Thanks for the positive post on chlorella. Anyone else?
