I've just been doing some experimenting with chlorella
tablets, and I see that these are also helping my
ES (plus chlorella is a heavy metal chelator).

This is surprising to me, as I tried chlorella years
and years ago, and found it made my ES worse. However,
I suspect this is due to me being much better than
I was years ago, and also I'm a bit smarter on
finding the right brand, dosage, and frequency
of taking it.

The chlorella I'm using now are 200mg tablets from
BioPure (which I suspect is a good brand, as it
is promoted by famous mercury doctor Dr. Klinghardt).
I'm taking about 4 tablets every 3 hours while
using the computer. I do get a slight headache
after taking it, and will try it some more to
see if my tolerance for it degrades or improves.

I've seen others here say that chlorella helps
their ES, so I guess this shouldn't be too
surprising. I have been a bit fearful of
taking it after previous bad experiences, though.
