These are the kind of reactions I get in my new (to me) house. There is so far nothing I can do but move back to my old (MCS-riddled) house. I feel for you, because I realize this is not an option for you. Can you go live with someone for awhile? You said you were doing well in one place in the mtns back in the fall. Can you go back there? (A trip to tropical Mexico??? ;) )
It sounds like you are reacting to your thermostat on your furnace clickingyour furnace on. I do know of a furnace that doesn't use an electric thermostat. But other than that I have no other ideas that would help you. This furnace is not as expensive as other heating systems if you want the info--just let me know. (But there is always the possibility that a new furnace and thermostat arrangement won't help either.)
You sound like you are having autonomic nervous system reactions. If youcan, get a doc to run a 5 HIAA 24 hour urine test to see if you are dumping serotonin. Meanwhile, monitor your blood pressure often with a bp monitor. Is it hi or lo? If you are dumping serotonin, alkalizing your body is a way to go and hydrogen might help. (Calcium and pantethine would definitely help if you could take them! But none of these are going to stop the reactions, just make them more tolerable.) The problem,, too, is most of the hydrogen supplementation sources are mineral. :( There is a water "splitter" that makes ionized alkaline water, but it is at least $1800.00, if not more by now. But I doubt that eventhis is going to stop your reactions. The only ideas I have to try are mineral, Laurel. :( I have recently found a research article that mentions manganese as being able to close tight junctions. I am keen to trythis, but again,
it is a mineral!

My symptoms have worsened in past 5 days.
Besides a worsening, my symptoms will also shift to 4-5 different reactionsto the EMF(and other energies). Everytime now that the furnace comes on myheart will pound hard and fast(and this is before I even hear the furnace blower start up). Sometimes I will feel an anaphylatic type of feeling in my body.. difficult to describe. Then the symptom-reaction will shift. It shifts to a heating up of my body(and sudden intense thirst) and at other times.. a stinging/burning sensation. This shifting takes place within the same evening. Just as I was writing this, I felt that feeling of what feels like anaphylatic shock coming on.. or a pass out type of feeling and my heart is racing. Shortly thereafter I heard the furnace blower start up.
This is scaring me. I am in a bad situation in life right now. I am living like a refugee and any changes to the environment I cannot change as it is not my place where I am currently staying. No one understands my situation here. To say I am worried about this is an understatement.
I have read about the T-shirts that can block EMF, but I see they have metal in them and that is out for me.
Not sure what to do. I feel so sick with EI and reactive to so much that toeven try a new supplement or food is taking a huge risk. I have written before that minerals make my symptoms MUCH worse. The minerals seem to draw the electricity into my body.
Not sure why I am even writing about this here as there is probably nothinganyone can do for me. I have even had bad reactions to energy work... justfeeling at a loss about what to do.
I feel so exhausted.
