I ask everyone who responded to be patient with me in responding back. I have not had the ability to read the responses yet. This is the first one I've read(due to elect. sens. to computer).
 
To answer your question, I do not feel better in the sun(also, there is little sun here and so very cold). This past summer, for the first time, I worsened in the sun. I felt a stinging being in the sun. I had always done pretty well in the sun before EMF sensitivity. The sun, also, has never made me feel better when I was having a reaction to a food, chemical, etc.
 
Another problem with being outside(in spring-fall) are the plants and pollens. These were never a problem before, but unfortunately the are now. It seems I have reactions to almost everything.
 
There is one thing that has improved in the past and that is from fresh air. But now that fresh air has substances that now worsen.

How do you feel when you sit outside in the sunshine? I don't know
where you live and winter doesn't give us much sun, but I feel better
when I am able to be outside particularily in front of a lake.
Fortunately there is a city park across the street with a good sized
lake. It almost always feels healing for me to go sit over there, or
if it is too cold to just walk around it.
