And try not to get Vitamin D2, as D3 is supposed to be better.

I've not found any noticeable benefit to taking D3, but perhaps
I'm not taking enough. Although when I tried taking 3000 IU,
I got cloudy urine (???)

But I do feel in the summertime, so there certainly may be
something good about Vitamin D obtained via the sun (or
maybe it's just the heat and humidity)
