HI Diane,
Thank you for your detailed response. I will look into AEP calcium. I also get heart rate fluctuations and breathing problems at times. Sometimes it just comes on and the source is not always easy to figure out. The other night, when the small electric heater came on while I was sitting at this computer, started my heart pounding hard and fast. I have noticed that I do nottolerate this computer(here at my friend's house) when my friend's small TV is playing upstairs or the small electric heater downstairs here is running. I usually start to burn and sting. But the other night, it affected my heart. Perhaps some other strange symptoms is also about the autonomic nervous system. The symptom is too bizarre to explain.
I do not tolerate certain supplements, while others I do tolerate. I have been dealing with reactions to just about anything you can imagine, for years. The intolerance to minerals is a different kind of reaction than a chemical sensitivity type of reaction. The minerals seem to draw in electricity into my body.. just as iron does in other people. I find that if it is a MCS reaction, the amount of substance does not change the reaction. However, this type of reaction to minerals is not a MCS type of reaction.
I did try molybdenum last night. I only took a bit out of a capsule. The supplement only had one other ingredient, so it was not as risky to take. I did do ok. I also took one drop of magnesium chloride. I do notice my arms stinging right now being on the computer. I always forget to time myself andend of spending much too long on it.
I am in NY State, so I understand about not getting enough sun in the winter. Since becoming EHS, I have noticed that I do not tolerate the sun either(at least this past summer I did not).
I did not get on the computer yesterday at all, nor the day before and I noticed I am much warmer. But as I type I notice that I am getting colder thelonger I am sitting here. There is so much EMF in this corner where the computer sits.

Hi, Laurel,
I do not tolerate most forms of calcium, either, but the calcium AEP works for me. Pantethine is B5 in an easier to assimilate form. The calcium AEP + pantethine helps my ES alot and I travel with these for when I have major magnetic reactions, as the reactions involve blood pressure plummeting and taking these 2 supplements with 12 or so ounces of water will stabilize my bp. I sometimes have to take them 2 or 3 times (20 to 30 mins apart) for my bp to return to normal, but I truly could not make it without these two supplements. Notice that the bp is also an autonomic nervous system/adrenal connected problem. I also have breathing problems and heart rate changes (also auto nerv system/adrenal connected) from magnetic frequencies.
I know the calcium AEP might not work for you, but I highly recommend it for anyone who can tolerate it. I, too, reacted badly to this product at first. I had to get empty capsules, put miniscule amounts of the cal AEP in them, and build up the amount over time. (And I still had some reactions.) For one thing, cal AEP also kills off candida--which is how I started taking it in the first place--so it can pack a wallop for several different reasons when you first take it. I am not trying to twist your arm on this. If you read this and still feel the cal AEP is not going to be tolerable, don't take it. I am only tryingto explain how these work for similar autonomic problems incase you also have those and might tolerate it. I often find people who think they do not tolerate supplements. But on closer questioning, I have noticed alot of people who say they do not tolerate them often are not using them correctly--either not using the
correct form for their particular need or using too much and getting an intolerable reaction (or too little and seeing no help at all). Even changing formulations or brands can make a difference. So there arethose who truly do not tolerate various supplements and people who have not found the particular supplement they can tolerate! ;) Does this make sense to you? I do not tolerate ANY iron supplements for instance, where iron is the only ingredient. I can take Buffalo Liver supplements, where iron is high but it is mixed with other components of liver. I also must take these with vit C....
Walking outside in the sun helps the best, re vit D (we just don't have much of that in Pa in the middle of winter). This helps me to recover from ES stress, in general, but can help with all the auto nervous system symptoms too. (Of course you will want to find a place near water or away from all cell/microwave towers, etc, which can be fairly difficult to find these days.) If you can find a dry place to sit (on the ground) where you do not vibrate or feel uncomfortable, sitting there for 20 or 30 mins, you will feel the stress and ES drain out of you, too. Electrolytes also need addressed tho, for me personally (for the adrenal/autonomic symptoms).
Hope this is helpful,
Diane

Thanks Diane. I do have a Vit. D3 I took last night. Unfortunately, I do not tolerate any minerals. I will write a separate post about that, as Iwanted to know if anyone else has this trouble also.

Hi, Laurel,
Yes, I, too, get chills after being affected with emfs. It is an adrenal/autonomic nervous system reaction. (And I have constant ringing in my ears.) Pantethine and calcium AEP, as well as a vit D 3 supplement might help you. It does me. Esp the D supplement helps with the chills. It must be a "solar" type D vitamin (more like natural vit D)--they are expensive to get one that works. Mine is from Carlson Labs.
Good luck, dear.

I have been spending WAY too long in front of (friend's) computer. Since I started doing so, I now have constant ringing in my ears and more recently,I have noticed I get VERY chilled.
Has anyone else experienced getting very cold around EMF? This area where the computer is also is just above an electrical panel located in the cellar. TIA
Laurel
