Thanks for this Ada -I've heard of people taking Arnica in conjunction withsurgery - is that capsules or a liquid? And when you say Hypericum - is that St John's Wort?

my naturopath , always recommends , arnica before and after , to help promote healing , and hypericum to help get rid of the anaesthetic. Im sure if you do a search  you can find more on this stuff im sure if you do a search.

I seizured during my hysterectomy, and I'm sure it was caused by some
exposure - the lighting? monitors? I'm not sure.
