Mike,
if you are taking, or you're planning to take, supplements to detox
heavy metals, I would advice you to really educate yourself frist, and
start with a very low dose.
Generally, if you're taking a supplement thant contains Cu to detox
heavy metals, I'd very much question that product. Anyone trying to
detoxify heavy metals should only take Cu-supplements if they're
absoloutely sure that they have a deficientcy of Cu.
(I guess there might be exceptions, like for people getting IV EDTA
chelation from a medical doctor. Then I think you might have to
replace most minerals, perhaps also Cu.)
