That was my thinking, although if know that you have some sluggish
glands (adrenals, thyroid, etc.), then you should support those
glands in parallel with the detox, otherwise they will probably
get worse with all those toxins in your bloodstream.

And you may even find some unlikely glands that need support
during detox -- I've been on parotid gland support (saliva)
all year, and it also seems my prostate doesn't like
mobilized toxins either...
