thanks for your answer.
Hmmm, I guess it is hard to say what part a high hair Cu-value plays
in everything.
I've read that Cu can be high due to both sluggish adrenal glands
and sluggish thyroid, and also often Cu is high in Hg-toxic people,  
and since Hg often is one of the causes of the adrenal/thyroid
problems in the first place (and also eSens ??), I guess the real
solution is to detoxify Hg, and trust the Cu to normalize as Hg
leaves the body.
