MY FRIEND FOR AN EARLY CHRISTMAS PRESENT GAVE ME A CPU CASE THAT IS STAINLESS STEEL. HE WAS HOPING THIS WOULD HELP WITH THE SENSATIONS THAT GO UP MY LEG WHEN I PUT THE COMPUTER ON. WHEN THE CPU CASE IS ON THE FLOOR IT'S NOT WORKING ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS WHY THE STAINLESS STEEL CASE IS NOT WORKING TO BLOCK OUT THE LEG SENSATIONS?

There are many types of stainless Steel. Some will offer some magnetic field shielding, some will not.
Test by seeing if a magnet will stick to it. If it does, it will offer some magnetic shielding.
Of course, that (magnetic fields) may not be what is causing your leg symptoms anyway.
