Try conducting a test to confirm you have EHS.
First stay in an environment where you feel OK for
a few days (avoiding as much EMF as possible - no TV,
computer, cell phone, driving, etc.). Then sit in front
of a computer or talk on a cell phone. If you have EHS
you will feel ill symptoms within a short time.

Plane travel was OK for me.

If you have EHS prepare for drastic changes in lifestyle
and work. It can be disabling. Certain things can make me
much more susceptible, such as alpha lipoic acid. Not much
seems to help more than avoidance.
