Yes, I certainly have tried a lot of stuff. Mostly stuff that goes
unmentioned on this group, as it didn't do me any good. The stuff
I do mention is stuff that actually did something for me, although
that is certainly no guarantee that it will help anyone else.

Certainly one of my main motivations for starting this group was
that I had spent far too much time, energy, and money in recovering
from my ES, and certainly if people could get together and share
what has worked for them, that could potentially save a lot of
wasted effort.

It has been suggested that the products I recommend are too
expensive, and I certainly agree with that, and would love
to recommend things that are less expensive. But only if
they actually work... :-)
