If the fridge has no electronics (digital display or controls) then a
Stetzer filter will not help
(and could even make things slightly worse, as it distorts the 60Hz
frequency).
If she has chemical sensitivity cooking with gas indoors is a potential
problem.
Definitely should have an exhaust fan running (but a lot of them are bad emf
wise...
but if the blower has a nice squirrel cage shaded pole motor it should be
OK).
Try cooking on a gas grille outside if possible.
