I agree with Marc's advice overall.

But technically, if you have RF on a power line caused by a
transmitter, a lot of it will be common mode (hot and neutral wires in
phase), and the GS filter is of no use.
Even the Furman does not give specs for common mode filtering,
which may mean it does nothing. Cell phone frequencies don't go very far on
wires so those are probably not an issue with dirty power.
I think AM radio signals can be an issue, probably TV too if you're near a
transmitter.
But a common problem is sparking or micro-arcing on the power lines
themselves,
which cause noise from about 1 MHz to nearly 1 GHz.

Hold a radio near a power cord with *all* your breakers off. If there's
still
a buzz it's definitely dirty power coming from outside. It could be the
neighbors
or the power company's fault. Sometimes the power company can tighten
connectors, remove debris, replace bad connectors, and the problem is
solved.
