Where would I get this power filters? I still have the RF to deal with.

So it sounds to me like you might be able to make the house tolerable by
"cleaning up" the noise in the electricity running through your house.
Either with power filtering power strips plugged into the most offensive
appliances (fridge, etc.), or with standalone plug-in Stetzerizer filters.

BTW, did you ever receive the Bio-Protect card I sent you, Loni? If
it didn't work by having it on your person, I suppose you could try
taping it to your fusebox....
