"Clean electricity" is simply the pure 50hz/60hz signal
that appliances, etc. need to work. However, this clean
signal can become "dirty" when noise is added to it. This
noise comes from motors, radio waves, dimmer switches,
computers, florescent lights, etc. To some extent,
this dirty electricity can be cleaned up using power
filters.
