PUK - REPLIES - There is undoubtedly a major factor here ie the Cortisol and
other stress hormones I guess they fuel up the reactions, on that note has
anyone tried calorie restriction so as not to fuel up the reactions. As for
the cortisol its a visciuos cirlce so exersise, yoga etc has got to be good
here for body and mind.
