Hi again, Amy (and Marc, and All),
Yes, I forgot anxiety--that is another adrenal symptom. Yes, chest pain is too. The other symptoms you mention are kidney (smelly urine, due to not drinking enough water and dehydration, caused by the same because detoxing causes more frequent urination) or liver symptoms (belching, nausea, gas... because you are not eliminating fast enough probably due partlyto lack of bile. I forgot to mention almost all of this but I agree with Marc on all he wrote here. Anti-oxidants will help protect tissues espwith metal toxicity and really dangerous toxins. For candida and gut flora overgrowths, alkaline water and alkalizing metabolism is more important. Charcoal will filter all sorts of things, but while using charcoal, you are also negating any nutrients you are taking.

Headache, nausea, dehydration, "metallic taste" in mouth, smelly urine,
dizziness, belching/flatulence , anxiety, chest pains...
Usually, if you have bad reactions to detox, you should either slow
down what you are doing to detox, or drink more water, take
activated charcoal or lots of anti-oxidants.
