The most practical thing you can do inside your house is turn the power
off at night from the fuse box, so whatever magnetic field is being
kicked up from your inside wiring is dissolved.
The outside magnetic fields are either coming from overhead power lines
or underground power lines. Those could be blocked if you had about
$150,000. The good thing is magnetics field drop significantly when you
move away from the source. You need to find the most immediate source
to your immediate area and get away from it.
Wires may be running under your floor that are kicking up magnetic and
electrical fields. Hopefully it is an inside wiring issue that can be
fixed with a good electrician that knows about neutral wires and
balancing the phases. Get rid of your dimmer switches.
Turning the power off will fix that too.
Look into RF/Microwave radiation as a source for your symptoms as well.
Turn off your WiFi, cell phones and cordless phones and bribe, cajole
or whatever your immediate neighbors to do so as well. Basically
everything going on in their house is being broadcast into yours
(diminished a little. I love to exaggerate as if this shit wasn't
serious enough.) They can put aluminum foil over their WiFi antenna to
diminish the range or simply remove their antenna.
You can get a relatively cheat RF meter to check that ($150). I won't
say which one or the pros on this list will jump on me for endorsing
the other guy's product.
Then you'll need to get a body voltage meter to see how much
electricity is running through your body or your child's body at night
in bed or where ever your spend time during the day (sitting on couch,
sofa, chair, changing table). Fortunately these meters are cheap
($25-50).
Quick fix is to turn the power off at night for many issues except cell
tower, cell phones, etc (RF and microwave radiation).
Get rid of your metal in your bed (no box spring).
Remove clock radios and anything electric from your the area around
your bed (if you are not turning the power off).
That's a start.
Good luck and hope you find some relief soon.
