I take 1 teaspoon of cod-liver oil in the morning and 1 tsp of fish
oil with dinner. I used to have major itching so bad on my back that
I would scratch til I bled. I having really experienced the feeling
of burning skin that I recall. I don't have problems with itching
anymore and I still have a cell tower about a block away. Fish oils
and omega-3's in general are good for a lot of things (and I don't
even know that the cell tower caused the itching). I noticed the
difference clearly within about one month. Also taking something to
build up your immune system. I drink kefir daily (homemade with raw
milk) and after a few months of this I noticed improvements in my
health.... less feelings of stress.
