Sounds like you have the right ideas here. I tried Hitek silver lined
thermal type bottoms and top but I have to say that they made little difference
other than offering a prophylactic effect, its possible that the silver may
even attract signals ? My thoughts are that all metal mesh should be worn
insulated from the bodt, ie no direct contact and only for a short period of time.
I have often worn tin foil on my head but I can feel efeild symptoms when I
do this after a while. Perhaps its good to wear mesh for a while and then
earth it/degauss it by running it through grass or shrubs etc before resuming
wearing it.
