I have some silver lined clothes and in the early days when I was a
total mess, it helped keeping the stomach and gut pain down. Also just
hanging silver mesh over my head helped while at the computer. I
experimented with grounding while at the computer and was never able to
get great results.
It was a trade off with blocking the direct radiation and body voltage.
I think it is better than nothing if you are flying somewhere or are
going to experience a short term exposure. I don't know about long
term. Having that energy floating around your body 24/7 is not good
either.
