I think so! V-chip is merely there to prevent your kids from watching
sex and violence.

I should say that I use EMF protection devices while watching TV,
so I can tolerate more television than I could otherwise. But
EMF protections devices can only do so much, and I'm not sure
about their ability to overcome the extreme nastiness of plasma TVs.
