Its a no brainer that you have tried calming exercises to combat the panic
attacks ? There is no doubt that certain frequencies of electrical waves can
induce a similar feeling to bog standard anxiety/fight or flight which there is
often a good feedback loop in the conscious brain, but this stuff seems to
go in the back door and cause alarm per-se, just the bodies way again of
saying get me out of here. So nothing elese has changed in your environment that
you are aware of to boot ?
