If you react when you're within a few inches, then possibly the antenna
is concentrating the fields enough to affect you. But also consider the
chemicals.
Reversing the direction of a 2 prong plug probably does not alter the
magnetic
fields but can have a big effect on the amount of AC electric field you get.
Running on batteries and not plugged in should mean less EMFs. Then you
need
to find a way to charge the battery somewhere else, and probably get at
least 2 batteries.
A battery will hold a charge better if it's used by draining and then
immediately
doing a gradual recharge. Keeping a battery fully charged all the time is
bad for it
and will not allow it to keep a charge very long.
