Hello Tanya,

normal bulbs do have a performance of 5 %. The rest of the energy is
transformed into heat.

A CFL bulbs does have a performance of 25 %, which of course is a bit
better.

The LED's however do have a performance of 94 %.
Their prices are high at the moment.
A 3Watt LED costs about 30 Euro; a 5Watt about 65 Euro.

I am a student in Ontario and a part of my current thesis on EMF is a
conductive retrofit for CFL's. I realize that CFL's are not the way to go
but I thought that this could not only functionally serve to protect but
also instigate more awareness on the issue. Thank you so much for writing on
the subject. Your story is somewhat heartbreaking. It must have been very
frustrating to go through all that added to to the utter lack of
acknowledgment and understanding of your case.

Sometimes even just a ,"Hey, you're right! These are killing you. Let's see
what we can do about it." can go a long way to maintaining one's sanity.
Anyway, are you in Canada, perchance? If you are close to me, it would be
great if you would acquiesce to testing a prototype for me. I suspect you
are not but please let me know. I am in Ontario, close to Magda Havas but
thus far, I have not been able to get in touch with her on this.
