Hi Paul

I have a Metabollic Typing Trainer/Nutritionalist who
comes every week and emails me quite a bit of the
time...he can alos get advice from other sources.

To be honest, I dont know exactly how things will
react but I start on low dosages and seem to tolerate
vitamins etc ok. Mostly I take a multi vitamin with
some other necessities and this does make me feel
better.

If you know where I can find the Probiotic study, that
would be great, I will deifnitely read this.

Things could get worse for me but they could also get
better, Im prepared to take a risk as I need to get
well, I want to have children and lead a normal
life... I cant do nothing so I have to keep trying.

I have been on the vitamins for about 4 months now
with no adverse reactions so I suppose I am using my
gut feeling... and keeping a diary so I can try and
establish possible links with side effects.

I did have a strange reaciton a week ago with a buring
mouth which I thought may be from Zeolite but it could
also have been an allergic reaction to the cheese I
ate, I dont know... I will start the Zeolite again in
a week or so.

If you do know where i can read that report let me
know.

Thanks!
Alison
