Hi Alison, do you have any concerns that taking such measures may in fact
combine to have negative effects, does anyone advise on the possible contra
indications/side effects of taking a cocktail of supplements, or is it left upto
your "gut reaction" for instance there was a study carried out recently
that sugessted that Pro-biotics can do more harm than good for persons that are
imunoimpaired etc.. ?
