I think in many cases computer mice have enough RF to cause symptoms.
The only good solution I have seen, if you have access to a clean grounding
rod,
is to put a piece of shielding fabric over the mouse and ground it. If the
ground
wire is too long or too skinny it won't work as well. Probably
put some other fabric over that so your skin isn't in contact. Conductive
gloves
might help too, (see LessEMF) but your skin could react to them too.
