Hi William, thanks for the reply - maybe what I typed came across
wrong - I used to be mostly vegetarian, just because I stopped
enjoying meat one day - now I actually do enjoy it quite a lot, and
have no issues with innards from good animals. I've done a bit of
farming and learned to help kill the chickens I eat. Yes, I've
probably been taught that meat is acidifying, and my Mom's mostly
(though eats a bit of chicken) vegetarian, but believe me! - I value
high quality meat, and I love leafy greens. I haven't tried
totally-raw paleo eating yet (closest would be raw eggs).
When I was mostly vegetarian, I guess you couldn't say that I was a
"good" vegetarian - I ate TONS of grains, honey, cheese (bad for my
dairy sensitivities and gluten issues and candida), not really many
actual vegetables...hehheh.
I believe we need plant food, in the sense of, well, vegetables. But
I hear what you're saying.
I've actually been quite interested in the paleodiet for a while.
