Wow your AC magnetic levels were so high!
I actually have similar problems when suddenly in my room the magnetic
field goes to 5mG. The first week in the room I did a test with the
gaussmeter and was OK. I didn't suspect that depending on the day/hour
a magnetic field could appear. Fortunately I will expect to relocate soon.

for the registred towers and antenas close you. It could give you
ideas of some main sources of microwave radiation.

You can try the low cost bargain RF shields at lessemf.com, I use them
with grounding cords (I do not know exactly the reason why it could
be necessary, I remember a man who is professional in shielding in my
country of origin that adviced people to ground their shieldings).
