Hi, Yolanda,
(The question was what am I taking to balance calcium?) Not a thing, so far. Yes, calcium IS supposed to be balanced with other minerals/electrolytes. However, various conditions can occur that cause a calcium deficiency. ES might be one of those things. When I took calcium AEP in the past, it was for an overgrowth of candida: fungi high-jack calcium from your blood stream and body to use to build their colony structures. Calcium AEP works well to kill them, because they readily take in the calcium, but Cal AEP is like a Trojan horse. Hidden in the calcium is the amino ethanol phosphate, which kills the colony. When I was on that program (thru a nutritionist), I was at first only on calcium. Even without testing, the nutritionist was able to figure that I'd be calcium deficient due to the various problems I had that "stole" or spent alot of calcium (there were issues above and beyond the candida). I was on HUGE amounts of calcium for about 1 1/2 years. Even
thru the nutritionist, I did nothing to balance the calcium for at least 6 or 8 months. So, to answer your deeper question... yes, in time, anyone taking calcium AEP for ES would need to either add other electrolytes and minerals OR take less Calcium AEP (to create a balance wherein the calcium spent due to ES, is again in balance with the other nutrients).
